What bankable means here
It means more than receiving a bank loan or showing high profit. A case must protect ecological and rights floors while explaining benefits, payers, evidence, contracts, risk allocation, capital recovery, measurement and review well enough to enter a formal investment, insurance, grant or public-spending decision.
